To join our early childhood educator training programs, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 17 years old by the time the program begins.
  • Police Conduct Record: You must provide proof of a clean police conduct record to verify your suitability for working with children.
  • Language Proficiency: Solid English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential to comfortably interact with course materials, teachers, and peers.
  • Identification Documents: You must present a valid identification document, such as a national ID card or passport, during your application.
  • Digital Skills: Since we utilize a fully digital learning approach, a basic proficiency in using computers and smartphones is required.
  • Interview or Assessment: You will participate in an interview or assessment to evaluate your motivations, qualifications, and suitability for early childhood education.

Practical training is a core element of our curriculum. Students complete their hands-on placement hours under expert supervision at our partner facility, St. Paul’s Childcare and Pre-Learning Centre in Pietà, ensuring they gain high-quality, real-world experience.
